- Prices quoted are per villa (not per person)
- All prices include the relevant taxes, water, power (excl. pool heat) and bed linen & towels usage.
- Daily bookings less than 4 days will be liable to an additional £50 cleaning surcharge
- Pool heating is an additional extra charge at £100 per week or £15 per day (this is not a hidden cost, the power company really do charge this much)
- A booking deposit of 10% (or minimum of £100) is required to make all reservations
- A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable in addition to the rental fee
- We now accept PayPal / Credit / Debit cards
